Ok, here is my IP Changer free program. It only works for PCs direct connected to the modem.
How to:
You just open "[OPEN THIS]program.exe" and follow the steps.
DO NOT:
-open "[DO NOT OPEN THIS]startoff.exe" it will not work!
-change the name of the archives, it won`t work!
.Just do as I said.
